Wildberry- Chicago

I had the opportunity to try out WildBerry in Chicago first in October 2015 , June 2016 and August 2016. The first time I went I dined in and the second time I ordered to go, but I will give you my take on both experiences. I have always heard lots of great things about this restaurant so here’s my review on my experience. The Chicago Location I went to is by a lot of Chicago landmarks like ” The Bean”. So it is a great area to to eat and explore.

When I went in October 2015 my friend and I decided to dine in at the well known restaurant. There is only street parking in the area, and it is a busy area so it took us some time to find parking. Our wait time was about 30-40 minutes. They are known for having long waits, but it went by fast.

Our Server was very friendly, so I was happy about that. It only took about 10-15 minutes for our food to come out so it wasn’t that bad. I ordered the Mexicana Skillet which included Hash browns, cheddar and jack cheese, 2 eggs, Chorizo sausage, Jalapeños and more. It also came with a side of pancakes. The meal was very tasty and filling and I was very satisfied. In June 2016, I ordered breakfast to go because the wait time was over one hour and it was raining. I ordered the same meal to go. It was good, but it definitely was not the same type of experience taking it to go. But I will definitely be back. I also had the opportunity to revisit August 2016 after moving to Chicago. I had the same skillet but this time with strawberry pancakes on the side. Very filling in delicious. All in all very nice restaurant with tons of choices to choose from.
